– Medium projects (apartments, small offices): approx. 6-8 weeks
– Large projects (villas, commercial fit-outs): approx. 10-16 weeks

3. Do you provide free consultations?

Yes! We offer complimentary initial consultations where we discuss your vision, assess your space, understand your budget, and provide preliminary ideas. There’s no obligation and no cost for this first meeting.

4. Can you work within my budget?

Absolutely. We work with various budgets and can recommend solutions that maximise value without compromising quality. During consultation, we’ll discuss options and create a plan that fits your financial parameters.

5. Do you handle permits and approvals?

Yes, as part of our turnkey service, we coordinate with relevant authorities, obtain necessary permits, and ensure all work complies with the Omani building regulations and safety standards.

6. What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Muscat but serve clients across all of Oman, including Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa, and other regions. Travel costs for projects outside Muscat will be discussed during the consultation.

7. Can I see material samples before deciding?

Yes! We encourage clients to see and feel materials before making decisions. We can arrange showroom visits or bring samples to you during the design phase.

8. What happens if I'm not happy with the design?

Client satisfaction is our priority. We present multiple design concepts, create 3D visualisations, and incorporate your feedback at every stage. We don’t proceed to construction until you’re pleased with the approved design.
